Why Sparka exists

Because the ideas shouldn't be the hardest part.

I'm Mr. Danny, and I have a real passion for designing early learning environments and activities for my preschoolers. It's what brings me true joy.

But for a long time, much of my spare time and evenings went into simply thinking of setup ideas — trying to keep them inviting, intentional, and developmentally appropriate. And I know I'm not the only one.

So I built Sparka. What if we could get the idea instantly — and spend that saved time actually bringing the setup to life?

FAQ

Will it really work with my classroom?
Yes — that's the whole point. Sparka reads your space, so the idea appears in your actual area with your actual furniture.
Is this just ChatGPT?

Yes, Sparka uses AI. But ask regular AI for a sensory bin activity and it'll hand you AI slop — activities that aren't suited for 2- to 5-year-olds, and unrealistic setups with no intentionality behind them.

AI doesn't know what's best for children. But we as educators do.

That's why Sparka follows strict guardrails — rules the AI must follow — written by a passionate preschool teacher who designs early learning environments and activities every day.

For nine months, those rules were tested through trial generations of ideas in his own classroom, until every idea was something he'd actually use in his own class.

How long does a generation take?

About 90 seconds — and those 90 seconds are the work: reading your space, designing the setup, keeping it appropriate for ages 2–5, and writing the activity.

Do I need to be good with technology?

Not at all! If you are able to take a photo on your phone, you can use Sparka. All it takes is 3 taps:
